On July 13, 2016, Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania Mr.Lu Youqing accompanied Tanzanian Prime Minister Mr.Kassim Majaliwa to visit Goodwill (Tanzania) Ceramics Co.,Ltd, a Chinese-funded enterprise in Costal Province in Tanzania. During the visit, Ambassador Mr.Lu and Prime Minister Mr.Majaliwa also attended the ceremony of donating desks to local schools by the Embassy and Goodwill (Tanzania) Ceramics Co.,Ltd. Goodwill (Tanzania) Ceramics Co.,Ltd mainly produces ceramic floor tiles and other building decoration materials, covering a total area of 1,470,000 square meters and investment of 1.4 billion RMB in Africa, accounting for more than 30% of the African ceramics market share. At present, 14 ceramic production lines have been built and put into production successively by four companies in Africa, namely, in Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania and Uganda, generating good economic benefits.
